Correction

"I know, Lord, that a person's life is not his own. No one is able to plan his own course. So correct me, Lord, but please be gentle. Do not correct me in anger, for I would die." (Jeremiah 10:23-24)

We all need a course correction to our life from time to time--perhaps from day to day.  I've experienced many of them throughout my life and, believe me, they can be quite painful.  Praise God that He deals with us gently.  It doesn't always feel like love but it is. The alternative would be for God to either leave us to our own devises or to simply destroy us.  God loves us enough to provide correction.
